back again...... looking for friends for motivation

Hey all - I am back after a little hiatus - not from the daily grind - just from tracking everything. I'm looking for new friends as a bunch of them have either stopped coming by here daily as I did or simply removed me after noticing my inactivity here. As i look around the discussion boards I notice a lot of (errrr, ummm) *younger* folks that i don't have a lot in common with - not that they couldn't be a source of motivation because that certainly comes in all ages, shapes and forms but I would like a few friends in my own age range for support. So if you are here to get healthy and would be willing to both give and receive support than please add me! :flowerforyou:
