Finished Stage 1!

I finished Stage 1 today! I have mixed feelings about my results. I wish there was more of a visual change to my body, but, I am proud of myself for the strength increases, and for the good I know I am doing for my body. Here are my results!

Squats: 45->95
Deadlift: 65->95
row:75->95
push ups: bench ->floor
Step ups(My gym has a step up cable machine with an adjustable step) : BW with step set up to 3 knotches, -> 5 knotches and 60lb.
lunges: - BW ->25 (it took me a while to master proper form)
shoulder press : 12 ->25
jack knife: 10->20
ball crunch: 10->30

Starting weight: 245
Ending weight: 239

I haven't lost any inches, actually gained a 1/2 inch in my arms. ( I really wanted to reduce my chicken wing!) I had my body fat tested at the gym and went from 43% to 40%. I must have lost visceral fat, instead of my over abundance of subcutaneous fat. So, I guess I should just be happy with that. :-)

    Good job with stage 1. Be patient. At the end of stage 2 I started to see good results.

    Congrats, great strength gains and weight loss.

    Did u tale pictures for progress, I personally find them very helpful.
