Friday, April 19: Total Body + Short Cardio Day

15 Squats

15 Push ups
Any kind are fine.

15 Seated Rows

15 Step Ups

(If you don’t have access to a step, you can do this exercise on your stairs).

Repeat for a total of 2-3 sets.

Short Cardio: Today is also a short cardio day. Any kind is fine (jogging, power-walking, biking, jumping rope, swimming, etc). Try to do something to get your heart-rate elevated for at least 15 minutes. If you can go longer, even better!

    My total body today is going to be "Total Body Toning" dancers abs & "5 Really Big Miles" with Leslie Sansone. That dvd also uses a resistance band. I really like it!!

    Happy Friday! I'm in!
    3 sets/total body done, and 34 minutes of Jillian/Yoga. Felt like I needed the stretching.

    I just did Yoga too! Seems like a good day for it!

    We did squats, burpees, pendiilums, scissors (vertical and horizonital), running, and more in Karate for 90 minutes. Total body work out!

    Happy Friday guys!
    I didn't give up but my injuries hold me back to do the exercises posted here. However, I start it Birkam Yoga and it is amazing.
    After my first class , I was in such pain , that I couldn't get to the washroom.
    Today ,I am proud to say that. this week,, I will go there four times:)
    Oh, yeah!:)

    On Friday, I do a transformation class that includes the things you listed! The class lasts 60 min and we do a jog in the mix.
    Got it done, always feel like my butt has been kicked after this workout!
