That's it! I have completed c25k much to my astonishment and legs ache but feel goooood.
Plan to do w9 couple more times then attempt brideg to 10k. I'd like to be fster too but at the moment I'm just so happy to be reasonably fit and able to run 30 minutes without crying :laugh:

I finished W8D3 on Monday too! I just downloaded the B210K app and plan on starting after a week of running the 5K. It seems impossible to run for 60 minutes, but that's what I thought when I started C25K! Congrats!0
