Morning Everyone! It's Friday!!

What are you up to this weekend? Tonight I'm getting my hair cut, tomorrow suit shopping with Chris and Sunday my mom, sisters, nieces and 3 best friends are having my bridal shower. I'm looking forward to it.

1. Add 5min to your cardio from yesterday.
2. Drink 16 glasses water.
