workouts 11 and 12

we do these for weeks 11, 12 and 13 correct? my hubby is disagreeing with me but i remember reading that before.

    Yes from the fitness guide in the program, you do the last 2 workouts for three weeks I stead of the normal 2. I'm ok with that- it takes me two weeks to really feel strong during a workout, although I don't think I'll ever be able to do the pigeon squats in workout 10 the whole time. I look like a drunk pigeon falling all over.

    I split a week and did 9 & 10 monday and tuesday and then 11 & 12 thursday and friday.... that way I didn't do 3 weeks of 11 & 12.
