Adjusting Calories once in stage 2?

Does anyone adjust their calories (The Scooby Method) when switching from stage 1 to stage 2?
I'm imagining since the workouts them selves seem longer ( and now I will be in the gym longer - Plus HIIT) does anyone re-eval your calories?

I think around the end of stage one, I stopped eating at the -300, and went to the full recommended amount.0

For me, it was pretty much the same only I ate the same number of cals every day. But, yes, I went to the TDEE -15% or 20% around Stage 2. If you think it will help you meet your goals, have at it!0
