Hey! Ok, I'm hoping to start NROL4W next week, I've been reading and familiarising myself with the routines and ideal form etc so I feel ready to start. But, I'll be using the local gym as I don't have the equipment so I was wondering if you guys took paperwork or anything to make a note of the weights you used as I would probably forget all the different ones I used for each set by the time I got home!
Thanks for any help you can offer. I'm really looking forward to starting!!

I got a printout of the log you can get on the Web Page and just take that and a pen with me. Might look like a dork, but I gotta say that that is the case anyway with my baby weights and the million questions I always ask the trainers there
you learn to live with it... I just can't be bothered to try and remember all the weights and reps I did
