OK ALL CAPS FOR A REASON.... I NEED SOME ADVICE... Been eating my TDEE all week... starting Monday 2319 and a couple of days 2500 (GASP!!) Today I weighed myself... Just for torturing purposes... and although it's not been an entire week of TDEE, I lost 0.2 pounds. HOW!!!! Please HELP!!! I haven't even exercised that much this week either... WHAT am I losing if I'm eating even more??????????
I've teetered tottered the 5 weeks between the same 196-200.

I think you should wait a few more days to another week. If it still holds then you arent eating true tdee0

From what I remember, you and I are the same height and have about the same amount of weight to lose. The only difference between us is that you are a few years younger than me.
My average TDEE is 2900-3100, depending on my workout.
I agree with Alicia that you should give it a little longer and then see where you are. It sounds like you may still need another increase. If you are moderately active, like I am, I would think your TDEE would be closer to what mine is.0 -
Wait a little, see how your body adjusts and if you are still losing, up those calories until there is a slight gain (so you can accurately determine your TDEE).0

Have you tried testing your RMR? Maybe its higher than you think. I am just starting Week 3 of my reset., But I lost 0.5 lbs on my first week of my reset while eating @ 2300-2500 calories. Tonight I got my RMR testing and it was higher than I expected: 1700. So I think that explains why I had to eat 100-200 more a day in order to gain a bit and feel like I'm at my true TDEE0
