    I just closed on his house in january. I ordered a lawn mower last week. I freaked once I saw green grass sprouting up

    mowing, edging, weeding
    plumbing repairs
    roof repairs
    interior & exterior paint
    carpet & flooring
    perimeter fencing
    exterminating
    HVAC replacement

    Thanks everyone. We are previous home owners so thankfully we have a mower, although our backyard is now a half-acre so a riding mower may be in my future.

    I have dumbbells from 20-80 in pairs, iron hex heads. And a few barbells and about 500# in plates. Next purchase: power rack with pull-up bar.

    Diet is on hold yesterday through tomorrow. Hoping to only gain a couple lbs while hammering down cookies and chipotle.

    So far everything goes smoothly despite the blizzard yesterday.

    Also: moving the DBS and plates sucked *kitten*.

    Hmmmm... We just bought a lawn mower last week. . . We moved here in September and had to borrow the neighbor's a few times.

    Enjoy the new home. Burrito bowls from Chipotle (hold the rice) are not the worst way to go in terms of "junk" food that's for sure.
