Hello Ladies,

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few years back but have had the same pains since I was a kid. I started pilates when I was around 13 and it helped a lot with the pain. I'm a yoga instructor and run except in the winter.

Over the summer I changed my lifestyle quite a bit and had no pain except for one very short flare but since the winter I've been in terrible pain, brain fog and super stressed. Have had no exercise or rest really and am feeling over worked. I've also had a few other health issues come into play since not putting energy into taking care of myself.

Want to be able to support you all and get some insight to more things I can do to help myself.

I'm looking to gather up some information and start up a yoga for chronic pain and support group/yoga class at the studio I teach at.
