Trouble syncing BMF and MFP since switching phones

I just switched from an iphone to an android. I installed apps for both MFP and BMF on my new droid without issue and the BMF app is working fine. However since I made the switch MFP is having problems syncing with my BMF both on the MFP app and the MFP website. It just isn't syncing unless I disconnect the two programs and then reconnect. Once I reconnect the BMF data shows up in MFP but it doesn't update as BMF updates.

I never had a sync issue before and I assume it must be an issue with MFP since the nutrition data from MFP is importing without issue into BMF, yet no data seems to sync from BMF to MFP (both the app and the website). I have sent a customer support request to MFP but has anyone else had this issue come up?

Thanks! I got an email back from MFP stating that there was a server issue that was causing the problem. It was just a bizarre coincidence that it happened as I was switching phones. Thanks for getting back!
