Well, we are all in different time zones so I figured I would post this now. This is the official *Weigh In* for our 20/75 plan. Please respond to this thread with the following:

* When you check your weight for the weigh in, please choose the same time every day.
**The measurements that you take can be any of the following: Bust, Chest, Waist, Hips, Thighs, Calves, Upper Arm, Forearm, Neck. To properly measure yourself, you can visit this site - http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=1281
Just be sure to measure the same measurements week to week.
***Body Fat Percentage is optional. You do not need to disclose it if you wish not to, but I would encourage you to track it for your own benefit. The body fat percentage will only be tracked during the intial weigh in and the final weigh in. Weight and Measurements will be done weekly.

Hey! Just weighed myself, and very very pleased, my last weigh in was Tuesday when I joined here, so I've already lost something, but for the group here's my measurements for today I'm measuring in pounds and inches.
