    **Measurements
    Waist 18" -- this is the one I think is wrong
    Chest 41"
    Neck 15.5"
    R Thigh 28.5"

    (I have never measured before so I am not really sure if those are correct)

    I weigh 148 and I am working on getting my measurements from my PT (she just measured me a few days ago). We had family health problems this weekend and I wasn't able to do it myself.

    My body fat is 24.2%

    Good morning all! Here are my #'s.

    Height: 5'7"
    Weight: 200 (which is up from last week, but think I had too much sodium over the weekend)
    Measurements: left my measurements at home so will update this tonight.

    Sorry- went to bed earlier...here's my stuff:

    Weight (today): 163.8

    Upper chest (under arms): 41 inches
    Lower chest (boobs): 44 inches
    Hips: 43 and 1/8
    Wrist (right): 7.5 inches
    Wrist (left): 7.5 inches
    Calf (right): 18.5 inches
    Calf (left): 17.5 inches
    Left thigh: 21.75 inches
    Right thigh: 23 inches
    Belly (at its biggest point): 44 inches
    Waist: 39 inches (I'm not 100% sure if I measured right)

    Body fat percentage: 32%
    BMI: 33 (It was 35 so it's better)
