lunge question

hey all - I'm have a strange pain in my non working leg during lunges (whether static or regular). I feel a pull in the non working leg quads that makes it all much more difficult. Any advice on what I could be doing wrong or what I can do differently?

    That doesn't sound good! Assuming your form is good (can you see the toes of your front leg when you're lunging, are you feet parallel?) I'd get it checked out by a physio to avoid doing further damage.
