How do you usually spend your Sundays? Do you prep for the week to come? Refuel? Take a rest day? Its crucial for me to use sunday to set up my success for the next week! I'm talking meal and food prep, scheduling workouts, and making sure I have no surprises in the week to come! My rest days typically don't fall on Sunday though. No excuses!

I try to fit in some exercise, as theoretically I should have more time (I work Monday to Friday), but in reality it tends to depend on what the kids have got on. I also do my big shop on a Sunday morning, and then plan out what we will eat all week.0

I menu plan for the week, prep lunches and make the babies food too. I also run errands and take time to spend with friends or family. I do incorporate some strength workouts including, push ups, crunches and squats.... but usually take the day off for cardio.0

Sundays I go grocery shopping for the week. I don't have a scheduled rest day.. I used to but I found just taking a rest day when my body asked for it works better for me.0
