I have reached my goal, just in time for the school summer hols. I have actually lost 1lb more than goal and now weigh 139lbs (9st 13), down from 210lbs (15st) in May 2012. Anyone else hit goal yet?

I've been improving my fitness level, but my focus has lapsed a bit, resulting in a one step forward, one step back result on the scale over the last few months. Fact is, I'm eating at a "comfortable" level to maintain current body weight. I really don't "Need" to lose more weight to look healthy (heck, I bought new suits…
The scale is starting to move a bit for me! How is everyone doing? I am totally wiped out from this bootcamp I'm doing! It's getting better everyday.
Really haven't lost any weight yet...I think I've been eating a little more by about 200 calories a day - which I needed to this close to maintenance and I probably have gained some muscle so I'm not discouraged yet...buuuut almost haha. How are you all doing??
Sorry I am late a day!! How is everyone doing? Scale read 141 even this morning I am so close!! Started a 5 day a week, 6 week bootcamp yesterday! It is crossfit meets kickboxing meets craziness! Haha, super fun I'm so excited to see my fitness increase!
Once I get to the grocery store Wednesday I will be able to hit my macros better - still eating too many carbs for my liking. And finally all the wine is out of the house so no alcohol this week either! :) Turbofire as usual, WITH weight training 3 days this week and maybe a run twice or thrice. Goals for you?
Do your goals change over the weekend? What day is your weigh in day? As a stay at home mom with husband that works a weird schedule weekends mean nothing to me lol. So I just chug along with the usual. And I WILL get under 140 by Wednesday!!
How do you usually spend your Sundays? Do you prep for the week to come? Refuel? Take a rest day? Its crucial for me to use sunday to set up my success for the next week!
