After a Whole 30

Hey pals!
So for those of you who've done a Whole30, and followed the no logging calories rule, did you then begin logging again afterwards? Part of me wants to stay accountable and motivated through logging, another part of me loves the freedom of not counting a bunch of numbers which may or may not mean anything.
thoughts?

Generally no. I punched in numbers for some days just for curiosity, but it's rare.0

I'm ending my Whole30 tomorrow and honestly can't wait to weigh in. I am obsessed with the scale and as far as logging in the food; that I don't mind not doing but will start again tomorrow since it also makes it easier to remind me to log in for the day into MFP and keep myself accountable.0

Just started my first Whole30 last week. I'm undecided. I don't like the idea of logging food for the rest of my life and I'm liking the freedom of not logging.
However, the question then becomes, can I eat well consistently and not fall off the wagon at all. If I stick to 95% Paleo, I should have no problem not logging, but if I start incorporating more and more cheats, it becomes a slippery slope and if I don't track or weigh myself, I could be in for some trouble.
I think i'll continue to not log and then maybe 'schedule' regular check-ins to ensure I'm still on track.0 -
I started logging to make sure I was eating enough. Some days I was only eating 800 calories, but wasn't hungry. I want to make sure I hit at least 12000

I love not logging!! When I first went paleo I logged and laughed when I looked at the break down pie chart, 48% of my diet was from fat some days!! LOL My old Weight Watchers leader would have a freak attack!! LOL
I eat when I'm hungry...stop when I'm not, listen more to my body than the clock and if I'm not hungry...well I dont eat
Natural, unprocessed REAL food, cant go wrong!0 -
Tracking keeps me accountable to myself... it's a personal decision though. I've lived both ways and I just prefer tracking. Keeps me sane. Plus I like data0
