Ack! I blew it!

Weeellll, I didn't get in my exercise this week. I started off the week strong and then I let the busy-ness of life throw me off track. I had 3 papers due in school this week and a heavier work schedule than normal. I didn't make it to the grocery store for the week until FRIDAY!! So we were eating whatever I could scrounge up in the freezer and going out a few times (which we had stopped doing!). We had a neighborhood sloppy joe dinner and a family member came to town for the weekend so all the family got together for a special dinner. I am ready to get back on track tomorrow before the wheels fall of my wagon again! :smile:

    I have to exercise first thing in the day, otherwise I will never do it! I took a week off for vacation, but back at it today! Hope the week is going well for you :-)
