3. Mutliply by 100

Hello, All!
Sorry I've been so quiet the last week or so. It's been pretty crazy here!
BUT, I have been keeping to my low-carb regimen (even though I haven't been tracking as often as I need to), and it's going pretty well.
Weighed in today at 290 even. Unless I'm mistaken, that's a bit over 2 lbs down from last week, and 23.2 overall. With a starting weight of 313.2, that gives me a score of 7.41 for the week. I'm happy :-).

I am at 334.3 (still... ugh! come on stall.. move it!! )

I hit a wall two weeks ago, but have finally broke though I believe. Down .4lbs for a new check-in of 2.91%. :-)0

Great job to the losers and breaking through your plateaus!! :drinker: I am actually up four pounds and don't know what happened. :explode: But I'll keep on keeping on. I'm thinking it's just water. Anyway, hope everyone has a great week :happy:0

I think that I have another plateau, because my weight has increased by about 0.8 pounds from the beginning of the week. But, I have been paying attention to my carbs, and eating less sugar. This coming Week 10, I will try to be diligent about logging everything!0
