I've had a cold since Monday and thought about trying to sweat it out but my body is sore and I haven't felt like doing anything strenuous. Sure haven't had a problem eating, though. Not sure when I'll be back at it - hopefully tomorrow.0

Good news: I have gotten my grove back on exercising.
Bad news:I have not got back into logging my food! Ugh, I really need to get back in the habit of logging it. I did so well Monday and then it all went down hill from there. I really think my measurements are going to reflect that. With this in conjunction with having to take time off from serious working out because of my finger, I am not feeling confident with this upcoming measurements at this point.
More good news: I also got a treadmill that I am picking up tomorrow. So I can add in interval running to my weight lifting.0 -

Maybe it was my upper respiratory infection, but 20 minutes of Jillian was really hard today. I haven't gone four days without exercise since I started. I hope I haven't regressed that much!

Friday S1B3 & SAAC - spoke to soon... As soon as I said I got my grove back, I skipped a workout... My mom visited after work and before I knew it was 11P.M! It was good to spend time with my mom though. Will roll S1B3 over to this upcoming week.
