I decided to try someone different so I got David Hayes DVD. I love it. I've done lots of dancing one's over the years, so really wanted a change. So when I found out that a boxer was doing a DVD I thought yes something different. He has done a good job

I tend to like Jennifer Galardi and Chalene Johnson a lot. I'm not sure of the lady's name atm but I really loved Nameste Yoga.0
