Turbo Fire Week 16 (4/22 - 4/28)

Final Week for the group!! What are your plans after this week? For this week's challenge....Post all your workouts Mon thru Sun even if it was a rest day for you and let us know what workout you did, the duration, the time of day (morning, afternoon or evening) and the calories burned. I will post the winner of the prize next Mon (29th) to give everyone enough time to post the numbers.

    Happy Monday GF!! I hope you and the family are well.

    Final week! :sad: I am on week 17 for Turbo - this week starts my Hiit workouts. I will start doing a little extra with my kids and insanity. So when I am finally starting Insanity I will do well and keep up (im hoping anyway). So after my 20th week of TF, I will be starting Insanity full force. Also in May there will be a Crunch A Thon starting on one of my FB groups. (gf you should get fb there are so many groups, motivations groups, or even start your own...you will enjoy it).

    Awe...I didn't mean to make you cry boo...Lol. I'm taking a break from Turbo Fire. Really want to do the Shadow Boxing for a while. The crunch a ton sounds fun. You should start a challenge for it here...Lol.

    Tues. Hiit 15, Core 20, Upper 20 and 185 squats.
  • Mon: C25k (wk 3 d 1) for 28 mins in the morning...burned 366 cals; walked 75 mins in the afternoon...burned 612 cals; Total burn for Mon: 978 cals

    Tues: Rest Day!! (First day back at work!!)

    Wed. - Insanity plyometric cardio something ....lol forgot the name. worked out my with kids (was TF rest day, but I just cant rest...) probably will rest on saturday.
