Hi, Just joined this group.

I have been on MFP for a few years now and I have managed to lose 40lbs, however I stalled so I started the Atkins phase 1 Induction a couple of weeks ago, so far I have lost 11lbs and an inch or so of my waist :-)

I do occasionally eat the Atkins bars... they say they are for all phases but i have read on places that I still shouldn't eat them, any thoughts?

    Hi Darren,
    WTG on your weight loss progress!! If the bars don't hinder with your progress, then there is no need to omit them. Some people (like me) tend to go a little overboard and eat them a bit too much, so I just have to stay away from them for now.

    I like the snack bars as well...lol but I can tend to go a bit overboard with them so be careful! If you're looking for friends, feel free to add me. :) I need some motivation... I'm just getting back on track... :)

    I don't seem to lose the weight as fast when I eat the Atkins Bars. You can always just eat only half an Atkins Bar.:smile:
