Hi Everyone!

Welcome back to another weekly challenge!! We are continuing with a new challenge so everyone should be able to get on board.

Completed last week with flying colors! Good job! Deanna kicked cardio butt almost doubling the goal numbers-- kudos!

Let's get things moving! Encourage new people to jump on board! We are back full force! Keep it movin'!

****This week's goal Changing it up a bit! *****

300 minutes of cardio or 18 miles on a treadmill, elliptical, crosstrainer, or walking/running with a pedometer.
5 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water 5 days
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days

    Hello everyone. My name is Suzy I am 44 yrs old, married with a teen daughter. I want to get healthy and set a good example for her. I need a little more motivation and this group seems like it might be good especially seeing the challenges!!! I have struggled with my weight my whole life (well since I was 9) I am a compulsive overeater currently trying to stay clean. When I started MFP I weighed 239 pounds I am now down 18 pounds! I take it one day at a time! I am currently involved in a weight lose challenge with some friends from work! Please let me know what I need to know and do! Looking forward to meeting you all! Please friend me too! I love support and try my best to support all my MFP friends.

    8 cups of water 5 days YES but I forget to log my water but I try to do 100 OZ a day
    2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days Nope this one I didnt do had a couple days of not enough veggies :noway:

    302 minutes of cardio (barely made it, unable to excercise first part fo the week so had alot to make up!

    2 servings of fruits and vegetables 7 days

    For a bonus flower ** Pick one of the following: didn't get a chance to check these out. started weight training with a trainer this week and boy i feel it already after 1 session! lol, but thinking this is what i needed to get off this plateau!
