Okay Ladies, this weeks challenge is going to go through the end of the month!! So it's over a week...LOL!! Our goal is to burn 3500 calories in 9 days, we GOT this!! Also, I would like for you guys to email me challenge ideas because I am getting stumped at coming up with challenges we all would like to do and then I feel horrible when someone has to pass the challenge up! So Please, any and all suggestions, inbox me!! Keep dong the fabulous job you are doing!

    I am going to try this challenge....so far today I have burned 369 calories. I may do some zumba tonight to increase this number

    YAY!!! Thanks for joining me ladies!! Don't forget to let me know if you guys have any ideas on a challenge!! I doing a 30 day challenge next month, Shutup and train, so I will be using alot of those challenges for us!!! I'm excited!!!
