getting back on track and feeling sick

Okay, so i am 2 years out from my sleeve. The past few months i kinda fell off the proverbial wagon. So last weekend I decided I am getting my crap together and I am going to get rid of these last 25 pounds if it kills me lol....
So I think I am on the right track, but the other day I ate a cookie and OH GOOD LORD! I got the wierdest feeling. I was dizzy, and sick to my stomach. It seems like anytime I introduce sugar into my system now I feel like crap. Anyone else had this feeling when they change their diet? :sick:

Can't say I know that feeling yet. Just trying to break that sugar habit now - so down the road I can say that. It is so hard to do this. Hope it gets better for you.

Sugar, the few times I tried it because I'm a slow learner, bloats my stomach and causes pain. Lesson finally learned!0
