My First week Using My Fitness Pal

Ive been using MFP for a week,tracking my calories.Ive lost 5 more pounds!!I had been at a plateau for a few weeks,my friend told me about MFP.I found out I wasn't eating enough calories.Im so glad I tried it.My total weight lost since Sept 26.is 75 ponds,5 pant sizes.And Ive gained a whole new outlook on life.I feel great.Thanks everyone for joining this group

    I leared the same thing myself once I began tracking my food diary. now that I am eating my proper calories I am feeling so much better all the way around.
