Hello everyone"
I have been on 900-1000 calorie diet ( i knw this is very low) for last 9 days and 30-40 mins stepper or treadmill . Today i donated blood for an accident. I am 85.5 kgs and 26 yr old i need to lose more than 20 kgs. Can anyone tell me what food should i eat to keep my diet on and still produce blood.
Thank everyone

You still want to eat 900-1000 calories? 1000 calories is too low under almost any circumstances. This group is about eating More to weigh Less. That being said: after donating blood you want to make sure you drink extra water and eat a balanced diet. A little extra protein would probably be good too.0

You may also want to eat an additional 4-500 calories0
