Hello all,

I just started the 17 day diet. I am actually on day 3 of cycle 1.

A little about myself.

I am 6'3, I have started running last year and ran my first 5k race last Oct and finished in 31 min.
I started to lose weight when I hit 340lbs. I am currently 284 lbs so I have lost 56 before starting this diet.
