Help! I've injured the back of my hand - I believe it is tendonitis - going to Dr today to confirm. But it was while my hand was bent back. So I don't have any pain while doing most of the exercises but I am concerned re: prone jackknifes and push ups - I'm currently doing 45 degree pushups - do you think there is a mod. for that? Maybe rails or something so my hand isn't bent back? And does anyone know of a mod for the prone jackknife. I do not want to get derailed by my hand - I'm halfway thru Stage one and don't want get out of the great habits I'm in currently.
And I didn't injure my hand while lifting - I was hula hooping. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Crap. I've misspelled Exercises - can't correct - sorry! Well at least it wasn't loose instead of lose.

I'm not sure of a mod for push ups, but for abs you could do planks on your elbows instead. Planks are great for your core! You could even do them on a half ball (not really sure the technical term for this, but it is like half an exercise ball with a flat plastic bottom).
