I found this group a few days ago and have increased my calories to 2040 a day which is TDEE-15%.
It's only been two days of eating more but I feel better, have more energy and the scale (which hasn't moved in a long time) has went down 1.8 lbs.
I feel so empowered!

Stick with it even if you go up a bit! It works out in the end but increasing calories can catch up to you in the beginning. Say optimistic, it's well worth it!!0

Thank you for your advice! I wasn't expecting any results (scale wise) for awhile and I am okay with gaining. I finally understand that I was over training and not fuelling my body appropriately... I have actually known this for awhile but was just too scared to do what I needed to do out of fear. I have let that fear go and it feels great.0
