DailyHiit Anyone?

Hi there, new to the group:)
I'm currently incorporating BodyRock's DailyHiit into my workout routine, and loving it, wondering if anyone else out there is doing this. I'm seeing a lot of people doing long Hiit sessions - 45-90 min, where these are in the 15-20 minute range. I'm ok with that timeframe, based on information that's been given to me by fellow mfp'ers, as well as online research. My workouts are all at home, and are varied - some with weights, some with on-the-spot cardio, some core focused, and some stretch focused.
Just wondering if anyone out there is doing this type of Hiit:)

Your workouts probably won't ACTUALLY be HIIT unless you are going 'balls to the wall' all out for the duration of the workout, its just not possible, as most 'regular joes' don't have the work capacity or the conditioning to be able to do HIIT in its truest form. HIIT as they see it, (working really hard, or as hard as they think they can go) probably, but not HIIT.0
