    Have no Idea who said this, but every time I feel like just lounging on the couch I try to keep that in mind and get up to at least go for a walk!

    Going to try to get 2 miles on the elliptical today also...I will update later on :)

    I actually have motivational quotes all over, it comes natural my mom was all about positive attitudes and achieving what you are believing, in fact growing up my initials were P.M.A and she said it stood for Positive Mental Attitude I loved my momma she was an amazing person...sorry got a little side tracked. :flowerforyou:
