Do you allow yourself a cheat day?

I am curious to how many of you allow yourself a cheat day and do you still semi-watch what you eat? Do any of you try to stick to a complete control of calories?
I find that if I allow myself a day once in a while to go out and eat within reason, that I can sustain on the path to weight loss. If I start obsessing about how unfair it is that I can't ever eat chips or something fried again, then I start to hate dieting and then I start feeling sorry for myself and then I soon find that I don't give a crap if I lose anything or not.
Anybody else experience this or care to share how they cope sticking to a calorie restricted diet?

I never allow a "cheat day" because it's so easy to justify continuing in the destructive path. That being said, I really went over today, and made a lot of junk food choices. I'm back on it in the morning, though!0
