Ugh. I have to get some of these out of the way at work while no one is here... at least 30 of em'. Then the rest at home.

So far I have been keeping up to date with my squats. Today is 130 squats. Ill have to make some time in today to get those completed. Hope everyone is doing well on this challenge.0

Done. I do five different types of squats so did 26 of each. Man were my legs stiff right after, I pushed my ab work to later because I need a rest0

Done. I split them into sets of 25 and a push for the last 30 in between doing my weights. I thought my legs would give out, very shaky but good. So far no pain. Remember ladies, stretch....LOL0

Sounds like everyone is doing well with these squats. I am, as well. 130 down and my legs are feeling firmer. Sweet!0
