I am 23 years old. As a teenager I was very active in sports, so therefore I stayed in shape. After having my first child I put weight on and kept it on.

I went from 119 to 180 and now I am 154.

My first goal is to get to 140 and work my way to 125

I am a single mother of 3.

My workout usually is walking at a fast pace, I walk my saint bernard and my children accompany me.

I do not expect results over night but I am willing to work my butt off to get my results.
