Hi all,
So I've started trying to eat my TDEE - 20% (which works out around 1,760 a day) but I am finding it really hard to eat this much .. I'm trying eat clean and am finding it hard to hit my daily target! any suggestions on healthy foods I could eat to reach my target? I feel so full up at the moment and I've only eaten 1,600 today! It just feels like I'm eating too much?
As you can tell I'm a newbie, so not very clued up on all this! Sorry!
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
J

It might help to open up your diary so we can see what you're eating at present.
Initially it can take the stomach a while to get used to eating more, during which time try eating calorie dense foods such as:
nuts
avocado
coconut oil
full fat milk / cheese / Greek yoghurt
All of these should pack in a fair amount of calories without too much volume of food. Rest assured most of us found that once we started fuelling ourselves properly the appetite soon catches up and you'll want to eat all the foodz!!0
