Time off for injury

I had to take off a week for a back injury on Monday (after 2 days of rest over the weekend). I think I might be able to run again on Monday. I was going to try today, but I don't want to push too soon. Last Friday (the last day I ran) I did week 3 day 3. When I start again, should I start with week 3 and do it again, or go back further? Or start with week 4 day 1 (where I would have this past Monday, had I not injured myself).

I do NOT believe this was a running/lifting injury, mainly because I hadn't done either for 2 days when I hurt myself. I was bending over and just strained a muscle.
