Howdy from Texa

I've used this app in the past to track my calories consumed but am just now getting started using the Groups and message boards.

I turned 40 in January and it's time for me to get serious again about my fitness level. I have been a police officer for the last 11 years and I'm finding myself in worse shape than I feel I need to be in for the job, not to mention wanting to stick around longer for my kiddos :)

Anyway, here's to helping each other meet our fitness goals!

Edit - Pretty embarrassing I couldn't spell Texas in the topic :grumble:

    Howdy from California! :) Just joined this group and looking for friends to keep me motivated!! Trying to get to a healthier weight and in better shape....it's much harder on this side of 40.

    I've been using the app for a while, but I, too, am just starting to use the groups and message boards and I joined the 50 miles in May challenge that was posted in one of the other groups I found. Here's to getting fit!! :smile:
