New to group but need advice

I am a runner, I love it, but need to take time off after chiro appt's like yesterday.
They said a week this time around.
And also less squats...jumping...etc. Basically everything I love to do they said ease up on (not forever but temporarily)
What does everyone else do instead?

If I had to do stuff other than what you've named (which is everything I love to do too).. then I'd pick floor exercises that use your body weight like planks, ab exercises, light lunges, maybe some arm exercises.0
