    Week 5...

    March 25th...starting weight of challenge = 175lbs

    Week 1, April 1st = 175lbs
    Week 2, April 8th = 174lbs -1
    Week 3, April 15th = 172lbs -2
    Week 4, April 22nd = 172lbs (same)
    Week 5, April 29th = 170lbs -2

    I am so happy I have lost 2 lbs, I was hoping for 3 to get out of the 170's but I am good with this.
    Goals for this week, continue the good I have finally been doing the last few days. Goal to be under the 170's...

    Hoping things stay this way although this week is super crazy for me with both work events and personal events this weekend. I'm just going to do my best with food choices and continue my workouts.

    Down 2.6 this week after basically 2 weeks of plateauing.
    Overall down just over 6lbs (blanking on the point of a pound I have lost :)) Not bad I would say

    stayed the same this week but I believe that its from all the running I've been doing...I busted my but last week so I was surprised to find that the numbers didn't change but I'm thinking I have gained some leg muscle as I can start to see some definition in my calves :-) but no matter what im happy that I didn't go up and still maintained ....going to kill this week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Still here as well. I have been so busy with getting the farm house ready to move into in a months time, household items packed to storage and/or ready to move, as well as substitute teach during the week, that I haven't had time to concentrate on my weight loss. I did make my mini goal of losing down below 200 in April and that pleases me greatly. Hopefully by the end of next month, I will be down below 190!! Hope everyone had a great week and a greater one next week. June

    I'm going to drop out of this challenge as I have now chosen to weigh myself only once a month for the time being. But I wish you all the best of luck! Perhaps I will jump back into the next challnege when this one is over.

    I have really slowed down. For the first 6 months I was losing about 10 pounds a month. Now, 5 weeks into this challenge, I'm only at 7.5. I knew this would happen, though. It doesn't make it much easier to take after seeing such fantastic results so regularly for so long beforehand.
    With the weather finally getting nice and (hopefully) getting more time to get out and get IN it, I plan onworking towards toning up so I can squeeze the remaining excess out. Not looking forward to all the loose skin on top of what I already have, but it's at least going to be LOOSE!
    Also, yet again needing to go clothes shopping because last time I did to accommodate the new sizes, I neglected to get warm-weather clothing. D'Oh! Thank goodness for resale stores and belts!
