Hi, Title speaks for it's self really.
Im a third of the way into the book NROLFW. I have already started lifting just to get me started while I finish the book.
I try to eat clean where I can too.
Im 5'6 starting weight was 230lb, now at 204lb, I was doing Zumba and step, along with swimming. But I also want to get into strength as I feel this really motivates me more than cardio.
I want to loose weight along with buliding up my muscle so I get a better shape. Around another 40lb loss over 6 months along with the inches from lifting is what I am looking for. is this possible ?
I am currently eating around 1350cals a day, I eat back my excercise cals on lifting days. I am also trying to increase my protien too as I know this is essential for musle repair.
Water is my biggest problem, I just forget to drink. I dont get thirsty often.
I'm really new to lifting so any help is greatly received :0)
