Just can't stick with it...

Hello all...

I am sure this has probably been asked many times before but I can't stick with the 30DS. I find level 2 really challenging and I can't actually complete some of the exercises due to back/shoulder issues. I can stick with level 1 for about a week but after that I get bored of it and try level 2 and just give up.

Any help with sticking with it? I know it's all in my head and I just need to perservere but somehow I can't seem to get it together.
