Feeling weak today (since being sick last night). Not counting on getting anything done at this point. Just hoping to feel better and to be able to eat and keep it down.

I hope everyone else has a great Friday!

    Good morning all!

Cloudy skies and cool today, but its suppose to be nice. I know, seems I am always reporting my weather, but it seems to have such a big impact on how I feel and what I do.

Yesterday after my trip to town grocery shopping, I did get in some exercise. Jillian Michaels RI30 Level3. Today I plan to run. How far....no idea. It will depend on how I feel when I get out there. 6Km at the least and proabably 8Km at the most.

Sherry - hope that whatever bug you had is gone, no fun being sick. Rest-up :)

ctpeace - what is a TANITA scale, is it one that measures body fat as well? I have a friend that has one of those, it would be nice to get one.

lizardqueen - i can imagine that doing your C25K while pushing a jogging stroller would definitely increase your workout!!

Jules - WTG on your TM run so early in the morning :) enjoy your time with your fiancee, and your mom!

pam - good job on that windy walk! It is a bit breezy here this morning, but not that much. Hopefully it won't bother me too much!

marla - glad you got your 7 hrs sleep, where in Canada are you off to? I am in NS

steadybutsure- oh, those carbs. I am a carb lover too. Hope that you have a better eating day today....YOU CAN DO IT

Morning everyone... tried to check in yesterday... Been really busy... My Aunt passed away service is today, so at work the end/beginning of the month is crunch time. So my brain is truly spent. Tomorrow should be better.

    Keep It up guys

The sun is shining and it is absolutely beautiful outside! I went for a 7.18 mile run this morning. Feeling great was really able to push myself at the end of the run! I am loving the weather! I find exercising helps me curb my cravings for unhealthy foods! I am going to take a rest day tomorrow going to look at cottage properties with my Mom wish me luck!!!!

Have a great Friday everyone anxious to hear about everyone's day.

Sherry - Hope you get back to feeling 100%!

maureli - Have a great run today. I know what you mean about the weather!

I did my StrongLifts today. No problems with my back - yay! I have to be honest, it made me a little nervous and I started to consider quitting SL, but I'm glad I didn't. It's getting to a point in the program where it's kicking my butt, but I'm completing my workout. I just take pretty much the max rest time between sets.

    TGIF!!

Sherry: Are you feeling better yet?:flowerforyou:

Maureen: I know what you mean about the effect our weather conditions can have on our moods and fitness routines. It is still violently windy in Central Texas today and cold! Thank goodness I have not outdoor fitness plans. Have a nice and productive run today and WTG on yesterday's workouts!

Julie: enjoy your cottage viewings this weekend with your mom. Sounds like the pretty weather and a great run was a perfect match for you this morning, too!

I worked on my ABS, Buns, and Thighs/Legs for 8 minutes each this morning using the 8 Minute Core Series videos. There were 9 exercises each for the Abs and Legs; 16 exercises for the Buns. Good cardio effect, too. I followed these workouts with a 14 minute flexibility session (Slim & Limber).

Make it a FANTASTIC Friday everyone!

Hi all, I had a great exercise day! I did the Icicle Ridge trail by myself. I finally realized waiting for anyone else I will rarely hike so I am going on well traveled trails around here alone doing short hikes, although 5 mile hike and the 2 1/2 up steep trail didn't feel little!!

But I like this trail because it takes you up fast and gives great views of my pretty area, mountains, rivers, etc. Wild flowers this time of year also.

Maurell…going as far from you in Canada as possible!! lol We are doing 8 days on Vancouver Island. First 3 in Victoria then next 5 on eastern coast. Lots of parks and great hiking. We are bringing bikes too.

Weather has turned hot here so it will be 65 and sunny there which is perfect!
