Week 7, tough enough? Hell yeah!! I got through the series of 4 x 25 minute runs but ended up feeling ragged and gained some minor ailments which dampened my enthusiasm... However tonight after adding warm up stretches and increasing the brisk warm up walk , I MADE IT!!! Yes. I've run the 1st session of week 8! And I enjoyed it! Just wanted to share my joy :drinker:

Weeks 8 and 9 can be awesome. You might experience one or two sucky runs, but these are usually pretty good weeks where you consistently do more than you ever believed you could.
Actually, even your sucky runs would have been unimaginable on W1D1, so enjoy those too!0 -

Wow yes I agree! It's amazing since I started the program 18th March I can't really quite believe how far I've come! It's actually taken me 6 weeks to get to my Week 8! Incredible what a little APP and some determination can do!!! Thanks for your support :flowerforyou:0
