New Rules of Lifting for Women - Rest Times Question

Hi guys. I'm going to start the NRLW program to day, and I have one question. I work out at the gym, and I'm sure that there will be times when I can not abide by the rest times between sets. Is it okay if some of the rest times are periodically longer than the subscribed 60 seconds in stage 1? Sadly, I must work within the bounds of my gym.

It is perfectly fine to rest longer than needed (if your cardio health demands it - or if your heart is "RACING" too much during the weight-lifting-move).
Just pay attention to your own body....stick AS CLOSE to the "rest periods" as you can, but recognize that we all have diffferent levels of cardio-health when performing our weight-training routines, so what works for one person, might not quite work for YOU!0
