Hey guys, Ive been on MFP on and off and have only managed to fluctuate weight. I decided to start Keto for the first time on Sunday. Id love to have more keto friends!! Add me :)

Im f/22 from LA , whose 5'8 with a SW: 197 CW: 197 1GW: 175 and UGW: 150!

    I'm 40 which means, of course, I do not understand any of the acronyms you used lol!

    I think SW = starting weight? I am weighing myself first thing in the morning - wed. may 1 - right now I'm guessing 225-230
    I'm also 5'8" but half of me comes from good Eastern-European farmers stock. My doc pegs my final GW at your 1GW.
    So my first GW = 199.
