100 knee thrusts = 1 large (50 on each leg)

    I like this challenge! Get your burn on, work those muscles, and learn some self-defense (which is good in my neighborhood, lol)

    I took the dog for a walk -- .30 minutes. And did 25 over-the-head weight lifts (5# weight) and 25 arm curls (5# weight). Does this count for anything?

    Don,
    I respectfully request a substitution. . . I started a new fitness class last night, TRX intervals, and had NO IDEA what i got myself into. Barely walking today, but last night I did complete 100 burpees, 50 regular and 50 on the TRX ropes---those aren't no joke!
    (if anyone wants to know what I'm talking about, just ask me, or you can probably look it up on youTube). I'm hoping to get credit for that craziness because after that, I couldn't lift a knee to save my life. . . .
