I was sick all of last week ...
This week however, as you shall see from my workout plan below I have bought the Insanity workouts - I feel a bigger push and shake-up in my workouts is required for the last 2 months before my holiday :-)

OUCH THIS STUFF HURTS!!
However, I look forward to it every day and during it I hate the guy (Shaun T) but after it I feel so good I love him and look forward to it all over again...so so so glad I bought it!!
Solanum - you can work at your own pace, and you would probably find that your fitness level increases pretty quick, think it myust be to do with the style of interval training he uses (3 mins intensive workout vs 30 second rest for about 20 - 25 minutes) 10 min warm up & stretch and a 5 min cool down & stretch)!!
It is a 6 x a week programme however, there is one day that is called "cardio recovery" and that focuses more on toning - so squats, lunges, glute exercises, core exercises!! The other 5 days are extremely intense and fll of cardio - then there is one day of rest but you know what I don't want to rest haha!! But Shaun T wants me to so I guess I'll have to!!
5 days down...55 days to go of the 60 day challenge and also only 55 days until my holiday whoo hoo!!0 -

@ Salanum - my finger is "healed" but it left a nasty scar and I still can't feel the top portion of it. I started back out at real light weights and have slowly added to almost at where I as before I sliced it open. It really hasn't affected my grip like I though it might have.0 -

PBsMommy, good to hear that finger only slowed you down short term. I'm sure the nerves will heal eventually.
